When to leave Montpellier for your flight
The drive is around 345 km and takes about three and a half hours: the A9 past Béziers, Narbonne and Perpignan, the border at Le Perthus, then the AP-7 and the Barcelona ring road to El Prat. On top of the driving time, add a margin for the border, where checks can take place, and for the Barcelona rush hours.
