1. Data controller

2. What data this website processes
When you book on Barcelona France Transfers we ask for your name, email and mobile number and, depending on the trip, your flight number or ship name, the exact pick-up or drop-off address and any notes you wish to add. With them and the trip details (pick-up, drop-off, date, time, passengers, suitcases and child seats) we create and manage your booking, charge for it, send you the confirmation and service messages and carry out the transfer. Legal basis: the transport contract you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for invoicing, compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Before you book, the price calculator only sends the trip details, with no data that identifies you. If you type an address in the pick-up or drop-off search box, our server sends that text to Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses and place them on the map, with no data that identifies you. To protect the service, the server keeps technical logs of the IP address and time of each request.
3. Analytics (only if you accept)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure, in aggregate, visits and clicks on book, call or WhatsApp. Analytics does not collect your name, email or phone number, and is not used for advertising. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI), which you can withdraw at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Analytics data is kept for 14 months at most. Details in the cookie policy.
4. If you contact us
If you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email, we use your data only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare your booking. Legal basis: your request and, where applicable, the transport contract.
5. Bookings and payment
You book on this website and your data goes directly to the systems of QUICKPICKUPS S.L., which provides and invoices the service. Card payment takes place on the bank’s secure page (CaixaBank virtual POS, Redsys gateway): card details are entered there and never reach Barcelona France Transfers or QUICKPICKUPS S.L., which only receives the result of the payment.
6. Retention
Booking data is kept for as long as the service lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial rules for invoices) and to handle any claims. Technical logs are kept for 90 days at most; messages for as long as needed to help you and for the periods required by law.
7. Recipients
To carry out the transfer, the driver or transport company providing it receives your name, phone number and trip details. The payment is processed by the bank and its payment gateway. The text you type in the address search box is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to give you suggestions. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law. The website is hosted on servers located in the European Union. If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited processes that data on our behalf as a data processor; there may be transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@quickpickups.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
