From a minivan to a 22-seat minibus
Enter the number of passengers and suitcases in the widget: it shows the vehicles that fit your group, from a minivan to a 22-seat minibus, each with its fixed price. Beyond 22 passengers, the widget prices several vehicles travelling together. Online booking accepts up to 50 passengers; for larger groups, write to us.
Luggage matters as much as seats. Golf bags, instruments, bikes or sports kit take space: mention them so we send vehicles with enough room.

The private transfer is priced for the whole vehicle; we divide it by the number of travellers so you can compare.

- Free waiting time: 60 minutes at the airport (from the actual landing), 30 minutes at the cruise port and Sants station, 15 minutes at any other address.
- Live flight tracking: if you are delayed, we move the pick-up time.
- Meet and greet: your driver comes to meet you with a sign bearing your name.
- Door-to-door service, with your luggage in the same vehicle all the way.
- Driver’s name, phone number, car model and number plate emailed to you before the ride.

The rule
Spain ⇄ France, never within France
Every trip has one end in Spain: from Barcelona or Girona to your venue in France, and back. We do not run shuttles between hotels and venues within France during the event, nor transfers between two French cities.

No. We only run trips with one end in Spain, such as the airport to the hotel and back.
